You could burn as much as 1000 calories during a single hot class while getting rid of impurities in your body at the same time. HOT’s H/H factor is the primary element to shedding that last 10 pounds of stubborn weight and keeping it off!
Some of our classes (not all) are combined with a heat and humidity factor. The H/H factor is determined by the amount of physical rigor and excretion different classes require and may be adjusted lower at the discretion of the instructor.
